Customer Returns Tracking System is to collect, record, process,

approval of product returned from domestic and international customers,

information management, analysis and reporting, identify and prioritize
problem areas to dispatch corrective action and problem solving teams,
and reduce the occurrences of returned material from customers;
subsequently reducing the resource requirements and overall cost to the
