Tracking System
The primary purposes of the Customer Returns
Tracking System is to collect, record, process, control, and

of product returned from domestic and international

and reporting, identify and prioritize problem areas to
dispatch corrective action and problem solving teams, and
reduce the occurrences of returned material from customers;
subsequently reducing the resource requirements and overall
