| With Edu-Track's Activity Summary
report type selection, you can quickly summarize what was taught
historically for each student. You pick the student and date
range, and let Edu-Track inform you the subjects/courses you've taught,
when it was taught, how many times it was taught, the number of hours
spent on each subject/course, etc. Edu-Track Home School raises the bar
of excellence for home education! |

Simply
change your "Report Type" to
Activity Summary and then choose
from the list of different summaries.
Once
you select a summary, you will be
prompted to select a student. You can
also select a starting date & ending date
for the report using the pop-up calendar.
Summaries
can be printed, saved to your
hard drive, EMailed, or exported to your
favorite word processor or spreadsheet.

Time Summary
by Course |
Summary of total time spent on each subject grouped by course. This report also shows the number of
times a particular course and subject was taught, and the percentage of
total time spent on each course and subject. |
Time Detail
by Course |
Detailed summary of total time spent for each activity
grouped by course. This report
shows a breakdown of all the activities for a student broken down by
subject and course, and the amount of time spent on each activity. |
Time Summary
by Subject |
Summary of total time spent on each subject. This report shows you where you are
spending your time by sorting the subjects/courses in descending order
from the most hours taught to the least hours taught. |
Time Detail
by Subject |
Detailed summary of total time spent for every activity
grouped by subject. This
report shows you a detailed activity listing grouped by subject and
course for the date range chosen. |
Time Summary
by Day |
Summary of the total hours spent Home Schooling by Month/Day. This is a multi-column report showing the
total amount of time spent home schooling (both hours and minutes) for
each day, including a grand total for the time period selected. |
Activities by
Day |
For each day, this report details the time spent on each
activity. This report shows
you a breakdown of the activities for each day broken down by subject
and course, and the amount of time spent on each activity. |
